Cason Ramos

Finance Manager

Cason Ramos joined Arena Energy as finance manager in 2025, where he is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, and supporting corporate strategy. In this capacity, he works closely with management to assess investment opportunities, develop long-term financial plans, and provide analytical support for key business decisions. Before joining Arena, Mr. Ramos was strategy and finance manager at Plains All American, leading economic evaluations of large-scale infrastructure projects, developing growth strategies, and evaluating M&A opportunities. Earlier, he was an investment banking associate at Houlihan Lokey, directing M&A and restructuring transactions, and an assistant vice president at Capital One Energy Banking, where he managed underwriting and credit risk for oil and gas clients. Mr. Ramos holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in finance from Louisiana State University.
